Carnatic music has stood the test of time. From living in the pages of history to standing its ground in the contemporary world, it has evolved over time, all the while retaining its traditional essence and continuing to enthral audiences. To celebrate the cultural heritage that Carnatic music represents, Dakshinayan presents a Carnatic music festival, featuring some of the finest singers and musicians as they grace the stage to pay tribute to the genre. The festival aims to bring Carnatic music before younger and newer audiences and to spread the fervour among non South Indians.
