Arunoday Singh is a young actor who is the new face of the Hindi film industry. The tall and strapping actor who has studied acting in the New York Film Academy was noticed in his first film ‘Sikandar’. Then came critical appreciation in films like ‘Aisha’ and ‘Mirch’. Now he is all set to dazzle the viewers in Pooja Bhatt’s directorial venture ‘Jism 2’. ADC’s Sandeep Hattangadi spoke to him about his latest outing. Some excerpts.
What is your character in ‘Jism 2’?
I play a dashing Intelligence officer who has been assigned to trap Randeep Hooda who is a criminal with the help of my female partner played by Sunny Leone who has to first seduce Randeep with sex and lust and I have to nab Randeep.
How was it like working with Sunny Leone?
She is a very chilled out girl and I had a blast working with her. I vibed with her very well.

She is extremely competent and knows what she wants from the actors and how to bring out the right emotions from the actors.
Reportedly there is a lot of erotic content in the film.
Yes. But it has been shot very aesthetically.
Do you have any scenes with Randeep Hooda?
No.
Did you get the role because of your role in ‘Yeh Saali Zindagi’?
Yes. I did.
How has the journey been from New York to Mumbai?
I am having a blast.
