The competition was organised under the leadership of Lion President Mr. Shailesh Sangvi. Assisted by Lion. Prabhakar Yogeshwar the project Coordinator. The competition was graced by Rev. Bro. Backyanathan A. The principal of the school as the chief guest and Lion Rajendra Nagvekar as a guest of honour.

The Lion Club of City Center organised Lion’s International Peace Poster Contest in St Francis D’Assisi High School for the student of 11 – 13 years age group. To think about peace and creatively expressed what it means to them and to share their unique vision with the world.

120 students participated in this contest and everyone present was greatly inspired by the unique and innovative posters prepared by the student, displaying the vital need of having peace in an around us for the peaceful existence of human race and our mother earth.
