The most beloved festival of Maharashtra, Ganesh Chaturthi is gracing the streets of Mumbai once again and this time, Colosseum Fest Mithibai, the biggest management festival of the city has taken the initiative to help make a change along with ace choreographer Shiamak Davar and his company.

No speakers, No loud music, no pollution, let's go eco-friendly this Ganesh Utsav" with this thought in mind, Colosseum Fest of Mithibai College carried out flash mobs at Infiniti Malls in Andheri and Malad respectively. The flashmob was choreographed by Shiamak Davar Dance India Ltd. "Our youth is our future and when they participate in initiatives for the betterment of our community and environment, they have my complete support. Dance is a powerful medium to interpret socially relevant causes and it was a pleasure to have my instructors teach the students of Colosseum Fest of Mithibai College," said Davar.
With the thought of 'no speakers' the students carried out flashmob on the beats of the Dhol of 'Sanskruti Dhol Pathak'. The performance passed a different wave of energy amongst the spectators giving the message loud ' This Ganpati let's go eco-friendly'.
