Suchitra Surve Director, Growth Centre, is a Post Graduate in Business Administration and has specialised in HR, and also holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Career Counselling

I have appeared for HSC science and  have interest in engineering, especially instrumentation. Can you tell me where  I can work after completion of BE?
- Suraj Thakur

The work areas for instrumentation engineers are R&D units of public and private sector companies, Thermal Power Stations, Steel Plants, Refineries, Cement and Fertilizer Plants and so on.

I appeared for TYBMS and want to pursue MBA, kindly suggest me which entrance exams to take?
- Sudhanshu Parekh

You can opt for any of the entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, XAT, MAT, ATMA, which are accepted by many management institutes across India or take specific tests conducted by Deemed Universities such as NMAT or SNAP and so on.

I want to do MBA so which course is good between B.Com or BMS for future MBA course
- Mervin

If you want to gain a foundation in management related subjects, then BMS can be pursued, but if you want to learn the basics of commerce / accountancy, then Com should be taken up. Please remember that, since any graduate can apply for a Management course after clearing the entrance exam, you can opt for any of the course – BCom /BMS according to your aptitude and interest.
