I am a SYBA and plan to take economics as a subject. I am interested in doing cost accountancy. My question is, can arts students pursue? If yes, how should I go about it?

Yes, you can join CMA after your graduation through the direct entry scheme. You will have to register for the intermediate exam and complete the soft skills and communication training; post which you are eligible to appear for the intermediate exam. On clearing the same, you may enrol for Final exam. You will have also have to complete Industry Oriented Training Programme (IOTP) and Practical Training, three years before appearing for the final exam.

My daughter has scored 86.3% in ICS board. She is confused about which course she should take up? Please guide me.

Since your daughter has cleared 10th and unsure about  her choices as well as the next course of  action, she can undergo Psychometric Assessment (Aptitude Test, Intelligence, Personality, Interest test) followed by a Career Counselling session by a qualified counselor to facilitate the decision making process and know the options and procedures to pursue various courses.

I'm currently doing my third year Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Which additional short term courses can I take up to add value to my resume? I am interested in IT and Electronics field.     

Some of the beneficial short term courses for Electronics & Telecommunication engineers are Networking courses, Core languages like JAVA, Oracle, C++, NET etc, Embedded Systems, VLSI Testing, Digital Signal Processing, Real Time Distributed Systems, PCB Designing, Telecom and Wireless course and likewise.
