Vertoz Advertising lists on NSE Emerge

Vertoz Advertising which got listed the NSE Emerge platform on Friday at a premium at Rs 120 and closed at Rs 129.60 as against issue price of Rs 108, yesterday gained Rs 13.10 or 10.11% to close at 142.70.

Vertoz’s IPO was oversubscribed by 4.2 times. Vertoz will utilise the funds for acquisitions, working capital and for general corporate purposes.

“I would like to reiterate very important point in our journey, we have built in house unique platform with lots of effort and manpower and have reached to this level. The next phase of growth is by adding multiple products to current platform which is much easier than building the platform,” said  Ashish Shah, Founder and CEO, Vertoz Advertising.

He further added that, “Vertoz has recently introduced performance marketing and influencer marketing on our platform. Every addition of these products would bring in new business and will directly add up to our profitability with small amount of scaling up cost involved.”

Vertoz was started as an ad network company and has evolved as a programmatic company. Being in the midst of programmatic advertising boom in India, It has made its mark and is currently working with leading brands and also various leading publishers in the country.
