Food for thought was what it was at #HomeChefMatters 2.0 – Lost Recipes, orchestrated by FBAI’s Sameer and Saloni Malkani and brought to you by Godrej Industries and California Walnuts India at St. Regis. Besides lost recipes, you heard of entrepreneurship opportunities for home chefs to move to the next level, balancing between innovation and traditional recipes and India’s passion for cooking at home. Rakhee Vaswani, Vicky Ratnani, Amrita Raichand, Saransh Goila, Varun Inamdar, Harpal Singh Sokhi, Rushina Munshaw Ghildiyal were there with the power panel of Kunal Vijayakar, Hemant Oberoi, Rashmi Uday Singh, Ranveer Brar and Vineet Bhatia. The lunch comprised fare cooked up by eight home chefs under the guidance of Himanshu Taneja, director culinary, St. Regis. The chefs and cuisine: Ananya Banerjee (Bengali), Shri Bala (Tamil), Doma Wang Seth (Tibetan), Sherry Malhotra (Northwest Frontier), Rachna Prasad (Bihari), Manzilat Fatima (Awadh), Alefiya Jane (East Indian) and Rhea Mitra-Dalal (Parsi).
