I try to regularly follow my schedules for dancing, yoga, swimming, horse riding and gymming. They are my power houses for stamina and also, in a way, are my stress busters. They keep me toned, flexible, agile and youthful.
I supplement my diet with seasonal fruits and juices. My preferences are watermelon slices, kiwi and grape juice, which I love. And of course, I consume plenty of water and keep a bottle with me always. It keeps my skin glowing and makes me look fresh all the time.
