Yoga is the key
I do power yoga everyday for one and a half hours. It improves your performance in sports, allows you to free your inner power and helps you attain a flexible body and focused mind.
I maintain a Fixed diet
I have a fixed diet. I start my day with brown bread sandwiches. I eat sabji, daal, chapattis, butter-milk and salad for lunch. I drink a cup of tea with some light snacks in the evening. For dinner, I like to eat different grain chapattis with something light.

Attaining the three ‘S’ — stamina, stability and suppleness. If you have these three, then you’re the fittest. Maintaining a fit body is beneficial for everyone, not just for actors. Staying fit is also important as it keeps your heart and other organs healthy.
