Mostly As: We’re sorry to have to tell you this, but this is not bloating or water retention but actual weight gain. You have put on a few inches here and there. But, don’t worry yet! With a little exercise and a proper diet you can get back in shape. But, if you ignore the signs you might be on the buttered path to becoming fat.
Mostly Bs: Rejoice! Your weighing scale is probably inaccurate. You haven’t gained weight and most likely are fit. Continue doing whatever you are doing in order to maintain your weight.
