Mostly As: While it’s completely alright to lose some hair every day, you shouldn’t be losing a lot, and definitely not while combing your hair or taking a shower. If your fingers get caught in your hair, it’s a sign that your hair needs attention. Due to the lack of moisture, your hair could become brittle and damaged. Although swimming is a great workout for your body, prolonged exposure to chlorine can damage your hair. So the next time you decide to take a swim, tie your hair in a bun and just dip your feet in for a quick cool-down!

Minor details such as tying a tight ponytail and dandruff on your scalp can lead to breakage and knots in your hair over time. Those pesky white flakes are one of the most obvious signs that your scalp may be suffering and your hair is not healthy any longer.
