Los Angeles: Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra wore a white Gauri and Nayanika gown for her debut outing at the Grammy Awards this year. The 29-year-old actress tweeted a picture of herself just before music industry's biggest awards night at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles. "A special behind the scenes pic only 4 U (sic). On my way to the Grammys. In a Gauri Nainika original! What say guys?" Priyanka's earlier tweets reflect that the actress was in a hurry to reach the awards venue and was worried about making it to the red carpet. "I know it's started... Don't think I'll make red carpet.. Just landed! Will make the show tho (sic)! Better planning next time," she said in a post. Her style was in sync with the fashion at this year's Grammys as artists and celebrities walking down the red carpet kept their fashion a more understated affair than usual with the death of Whitney Houston on their minds.
