They came from all walks of life to run, be it the marathon, or the Dream Run. The enthusiastic wheel-chair participants needed that extra push, but not so the runners who competed might and main for honours on a balmy Sunday. And yes, as always, there was a few actors on the sidelines, and John Abraham at the finish on a day that had roses all the way as a goodly part of Mumbai danced, had fun and most of all ran in the city’s own Marathon.
