Improve the conditions

The technical committee of the BCCI has recommended changes to improve the domestic cricket. The notable but tricky one is the permission of two bouncers per over. With tracks in country assisting the batsmen, we need to have wickets that will offer bounce. It would have been great if the technical committee had shown some sense and interest in bringing curators from abroad to prepare fast and bouncy pitches in India. With almost all matches in Ranji Trophy being decided on the first innings lead, the better option could have been to limit the over per side. This could also help the BCCI in scrapping the Challenger Series and Deodhar Trophy.
