Yes, If no political party is allowed to hold an election rally at Shivaji Park, then Raj Thackeray should not have made such a demand to begin with. Instead of taking to the streets he must hold it at some other ground.

Yes, If other political parties can hold rally at Shivaji Park then the court should have allowed MNS to hold its rally too. However, taking to the streets is a very bad option as the people will be inconvenienced due to traffic and other problems.
