Nariman Point was named among the ‘top 25’ list of most expensive office space according to an annual report by property advisory Cushman and Wakefield.
The listing was based on rental rankings. In the list, Mumbai’s Nariman Point stands at 15th most expensive central business district (CBD) office location dropping seven spots from last year.
Hong Kong took the top spot followed by London and Tokyo, and Beijing and Sydney entered the top 10.
