(SCFPL) is a registered NBFC and is the Promoter, holding about 35% of the shares, of Virat Industries Limited, a reputed manufacturer of high quality socks, Virat socks headquartered at Navsari, Gujarat and are now available in India under its own brand “Lord Walker”. Naozer Aga is the Chairman of SCFPL and Armand and Behram Aga and Ayesha and Kaizad Dady Burjor are its Directors.
SCFPL was originally formed as Shapoorjee N. Chandabhoy & Co., on 27th April, 1868, as an Architectural and Engineering Partnership firm by Nusserwanjee Chandabhoy, the great, great maternal grandfather of Naozer Aga, in the name of his son Shapoorjee, who also joined the firm.
Subsequently, Burjor, Jamshed, Vistasp and Sheila Aga – grandfather, father, brother and wife of Naozer also joined as Partners of SCFPL. On the demise of Jamshed Aga in 1998, the Partnership Firm was converted to SCFPL a Finance (Inter Corporate Loans) and Investment (stocks and property) Company.
