Renowned international auction house Sotheby’s has accepted a merger offer from entrepreneur Patrick Drahi, who will purchase the auction house for $3.7 billion. The deal puts Sotheby’s, which was founded in 1744, on a path to becoming a private company again.
Theatre lovers rejoice! Aadyam, the theatre platform from the Aditya Birla Group which has presented several excellent plays in the city during the last 4 years – including ‘#SingIndiaSing’, ‘Mother Courage’, and ‘The Threepenny Opera’ -- is returning with a fifth season.
