Bibhuti Nayak (50), a holder of multiple Guinness World Record and Limca Record who is known as a Bruce Lee of Navi Mumbai, is at his best again. On June 24, 2015 he will attempt three world records back-to-back on a single day within a span of 30 minutes.
His last record was 1,000 sit-ups (crunches) in just 15 minutes which was created at Siddhivinayak Temple on Maghi Utsav day in the year 2001 in the presence of more than 1000 sports enthusiastic.
The upcoming record event is held at Airoli Gurudwara Hall, Airoli at around 6:30pm. The records will include most number of ‘Alternate Squat Thrust’ in one minute, most number of ‘One leg martial arts kicks’ in a minute and maximum ‘Squat’ in a minute.
Nayak said, “It’s the way of life. I always like to set an example in front of the youngsters. My only aim is to see the people fit and through this type of records and activities I always motivate them.”
For the last five years Nayak was busy in his biography tagged as 'Man on Fire' which is written by Man Booker Prize shortlisted British author Stephen Kelmen, which will be released on August 28 in 28 countries.
